Division One Pennant draw has been revised with Yarram GC now out of the Division.

All matches than were drawn against Yarram are now classed as a ‘bye’ and the last round of matches that were scheduled for Yarram will now be played at Lakes Entrance Golf Club.

No boundary changes, amalgamations or structural adjustments to Districts are proposed.

The District Review as instigated by GA/GV has come to the conclusion for the Review Panel phase. The Review Panel was made up of District Representatives, Golf Australia and Golf Victoria staff.

After many months of review and consultation, involving an outside, independent consultant , the DRP has produced a document outlining a course of action moving forwarded.

The GEG AGM will be held on Sunday 23rd November 2025 at the Sale GC commencing 9:30am.

Positions for the Executive Committee will be decided upon and we will be looking for nominations for:

• Vice President
• Secretary/treasurer
• Men’s Captain
• Female General Committee

This is an important time for GEG with the push from GA/GV to force District Amalgamations - If we show strength and commitment as a District we will be able to continue as our own entity, but it will rely on your involvement.
